1.   Do you own a retail store?
Yes, we have dealers/showrooms in 90 locations all over India. Please e-mail us at customercare@fitness-world.in ,We will provide you with the nearest location.

2.   How can I place an Order?

Fitness world offers two methods for you to place your order:

Ordering by e-mail: Our friendly staff will help you select your fitness equipment based on your individual needs. Our top brands and competitive prices ensure that you'll be completely satisfied. Please e-mail us at customercare@fitness-world.in Our sales representative will contact you regarding shipping information. In-stock items are shipped 24-48 hours after we receive the order.

Ordering by Fax or Post: Fax your order to 011- 22527400 or Post your order to the following address:

3.   How can i pay for my purchase?

You can pay by cash or sending a Demand Draft, Pay Order or a Banker Cheque in favour of K & K Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., payable at New Delhi.
 

4.   Do you charge for shipping & delivery?

Our shipping charges are based on item and shipping destination. Please email us for the details of the shipping cost. We will arrange door delivery also on actual charges.
 

5.   Do you offer set-up & installation?

Yes we do offer set-up and installation.
 

6.   When will i be contacted to confirm my order?

Prior to processing your order, Our representative will contact you to confirm pricing, shipping, and product delivery.

7.   When will i be contacted regarding the delivery?

Immediately after your order is processed, we will e-mail or call you with your shipping information within 48 hours.
 

8.   Do you have a catalog?

Our Web-site (www.fitness-world.in ) works as our online catalog. We try to add products regularly to give you the best possible selection. Please contact our customer care department.
 

9.   Who do i call if i need a spare part or service?

Please send us an e-mail to CUSTOMERCARE@FITNESS-WORLD.IN .Let us know the product that you have, and we will refer to a trained technician in your area.

10.   How can i exchange a product?

You cannot exchange a product once you have purchased.
 

11.   What is your warranty Policy?

Most of our products are sold with an existing warranty for a period of one year. We are giving 1 year to 10 year for Motor . However, this will vary from products to products. For further details please contact our customer care department.
